Refund Policy

ReTheme sells instantly delivered digital goods. Generous free trials are available — please try before you buy. For eligible orders, the following refund terms apply.
1. Try before you buy
The free tier includes built-in themes with no payment required, and every store theme offers a one-time continuous 10-minute free trial. Please use the trial to confirm a theme works for you before purchasing.
2. Pro (Annual / Lifetime)
Within 7 days of your first Pro purchase, if your account has not downloaded any Pro-catalog theme, you may request a full refund.
Annual renewals: refundable in full as long as the renewed year has not started (i.e., before your original expiry date) and remains unused.
Beyond these conditions, Pro orders are considered used and are non-refundable.
3. Themes purchased outright
Themes are instantly delivered digital content and are non-refundable once the entitlement is granted and downloaded. Please use the 10-minute trial first.
If a technical problem prevents a theme from ever working in your environment and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund.
4. Unconditional refunds
Duplicate charges, successful payments where the entitlement was never delivered and cannot be re-issued, and clear billing errors are refunded in full once verified.
5. How to request a refund
Email admin@dux.plus with your order number, purchase email and reason. We reply within 3 business days.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. International orders are processed by Paddle and follow Paddle's timelines.
6. Miscellaneous
Once a refund completes, the corresponding Pro or theme entitlement is revoked and affected devices automatically restore the official UI.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under local law (for example, EU consumers' withdrawal rights, which Paddle honors under its buyer terms).
